If there's specific topics I think would make for good songs, I would say remorse. Regret and doubt at the times she had to take a life (but did so because it was necessary) and also regret over some of her real mistakes. Blending lore with personal experience.
Or doing a song from the standpoint of leading a soul to the afterlife.

That's what I think the special thing about Mori is. When that day does finally come and she gives that final "peace!" It will be bittersweet. Sad that her time at Hololive is over, but (unless there was a serious change in her own attitude and wants) it will not be goodbye. Vtubing has given some a second chance to fulfill dreams, and for others it was the stepping stone into spotlight. Helping them gain the confidence to not rely on a mask.

Arriving in an Underworldian field and immediately shouting and slicing down whatever is around her, before the dam breaks and she starts crying.
Sitting in isolation, clenching her fists, and beating herself up over how stupid she is and how she doesn't deserve success.
A firm, skeletal, hand being placed on her shoulder.
Her thoughts tell her she should rise and properly greet her master but she is too deep in the guilt or self-pity.
Death-Sensei keeping his cold but oddly comforting touch and telling Mori that she needs to learn to better control herself.
Death elaborating that her emotions can be a strength compared to others in their line of work. Ending by saying that he does not doubt his choice, he does still believe in her and he is indeed proud of her progress even if there is much left to do.
The Grim Reaper takes his leave, disappearing as quickly as he appeared. Mori is left sitting alone again, she smiles and begins thinking about how to become even better.

Our boy is without a doubt someone I will follow when Calliope Mori needs to return to the Underworld and take up the mantle her Sensei left her. Coco's human counterpart is another I will check out, she's a good person and she has good friends.
All of hololive is close. Generational and as a whole. That is the beautiful part about it. These friendships go beyond just streaming together. It won't be easy, but I know they're all going to be alright. We'll be alright too.
