I am currently putting together the terms of the North Ailivian Silvanus Trade and Investment Agreement (NASTIA), essentially the agreement that established the Deadbeat presence in Silvanus. I think Tripoint would probably have a role, since the Black Fleet's direct involvement would help make this venture more secure.
