I'm not sure how the Heavenly Realm operates in terms of the matter being put inside of it however I don't think it would be entirely too problematic, I have an idea that the excess fat could combine with the magic quanta into a kind of Magic Fat when placed into the Heavenly Realm instead of a pure conversion of one or the other to avoid the issues with matter input and output, a /ag/ catalognaut could have a pool of magic fat that expands gradually through the excess concepts aligned with /ag/'s field of magic while also setting a limit based on the actual, non Magic Fat weight and mass of the catalognaut.The magic fat could allow a different sort of rules to be put in place so as to continue with the chuubanite rules.
