I think the character is consistent, which is part of why I like mercy's patreon audios so much. While I haven't heard the other girls, going just by titles and anons reactions, as well as what shibi said near debut, the patreon audios are just script-filling that doesn't necessarily align with kayfabe.
With mercy this is different, which I believe stems from her own autism as a girl who spent years as an actress. She has created a consistent character across the audios, the embodiement of her kayfabe as a yandere who has kidnapped her senpai and keeps him at her house. The only exception to this is the alleyway blowjob one, though I could work that into this theory as being chronologically before all of the other audios. The yandere is possessive but fundamentally submissive, which is kind of the point. The yandere loves her senpai, and as such needs the senpai to reciprocate that love willingly (or at least appear to). As such, she can't take a dom role because then she'd be "forcing" the senpai to love her, which wouldn't fulfill the internal condition of mutual obsession. In most audios, especially the most recent 3 holes one, while she is predominantly in a lovey submissive role, you can hear flashes of the yandere in a couple of lines scattered throughout, the tiniest hints of control that remind the senpai of his place. This is the character mercy has created for herself to play, like how actresses will develop a role so that their performance is as good as possible. The yandere is fundamentally one of cognitive dissonance; they control and possess their senpai, yet their senpai must display their love without coercion. So while they want the senpai to "use their holes however they want," the subconscious of the yandere must occasionally, implicitly, remind the senpai that he has no choice BUT to love her.
of course, when I say "the senpai", i mean (Me)
