Streaming on youtube is still a relatively new thing compared to most of it's life as a video host so it's still all shaky ground and experimental on top of all the more new more poorly coded shit they're still looking to add on top. It's not great and it's not tuned for it yet I believe, can only hope it works out for them and it gets fixed I guess...
