Push-Pull-Leg split with a rest day between each workout, mostly compound exercises, although right now I'm kind of transitioning into more calisthenics and bodyweight stuff and adding flexibility to the routine. It's too long to actually post the whole thing here.
Diet is strictly eggs, organic butter, salt, grass-fed steak, whey protein, tuna, salmon, honey, greek yogurt, beans, and bananas. Nothing else, except like maybe once every 7 days I have a single slice of cake or something at a party. About 2.2k calories a day with at least 100grams protein. I only drink water, ginger tea or black coffee (limited amounts), I go through 4-5 water bottles a day usually. Mix in extra push-ups, sit-ups and planks randomly during down time when I have the energy.
Also 15 minutes a day meditation, does wonders for your brain.
