If you want to see him at his most unhinged, you'd probably want to check out his lucid dream stream and the second half of his BeamNG.drive stream, after he goes into free play mode.
He's not a great entertainer or particularly high-energy, though, and his retarded way of playing games and speaking can get on people's nerves. Guy's not for everyone but he can be pretty fun to watch if he clicks with you and he's having a good day.
