If you wanna know names instead of googling this shit from scratch yourself, you first:
- download a language model from Huggingface. Any uncensored 7B Mistral derivative will be good, some work better with cunny than others, the one I use is kunoichi something something
- load and use this local language model with koboldcpp (generates the text)
- install sillytavern (this gives you a window in your browser with which you can chat and customize prompts)
- you can find character cards/scenarios on
chub.ai.
Tons of guides around. Check /g/.
In any case, no need to pay money for credits, it's all open source and 100% offline on your own pc, so secure too.
