Visit akihabara of course, but also check out Ikebukuro for more weeb shoping, Asakusa for the temple and the street food, Tokyo Sky Tree(only go super early or super later, the crowds are always crazy)- and if by all that time you've meet up with some anons, it's worth going to Tokyo DisneySEA. All the Jules Verne stuff is really neat.
