I'm allowed to see my primary care doctor once (1 time) a year for free and that is for my physical, any other trip for literally anything else is $110 up front
my out of pocket max is some $8000
but medications and psychological therapy if I need any are only like $5
its fucking broken and no one seems to want to take the daunting task of replacing obamacare with something else

You have to first go see your primary care physician who has to examine your broken foot to make sure it's broken
once its been confirmed by the primary care physician, then they can write up a referral to go see an ortho
you're literally not allowed to go see a real doctor until you see another doctor first. I even called and asked if I could get a referral and they said
