I've been struggling to put it into the right words all day, but Carousel feels like the most "complete" and "best" song she's put out. Like from a technical standpoint everything just works and was well-executed. I think what stands out most to me is that outside of the hook (all of which use different lyrics), the song never repeats itself musically. Mori and Reol's verses are all unique from one another and build off each other. It's just really, really good
