My main thread is /vsj+/, and recently I've taken over overnight bakes because threads would literally be down for like 20 minutes sometimes with no one baking a new one if I didn't. When people get very used to a thread existing, they know someone else will bake it for them eventually so they're not super motivated to bake it themselves.
