I've seen anons complaining about chats being garbage due to mods but every time I ever sent a chat to any chuuba I've never been timed out/banned since I always try to be on-topic with what the talent. The only cases where I saw mods being uppity retards were Shiina and Lumi's chats and they are being reigned in. None of you make a streamer's chat your glorified discord server, right?
