Don't feel obligated because you have spent a lot of time with her. An anecdote and only tangentially similar but a friend of mine broke off a 4 year relationship and engagement because he found out some things about his ex that he couldn't work out and he knew would ruin the marriage in the long run. He's married with two kids now because he found someone better and didn't just go with it out of a sense of obligation despite struggling with that decision for about 8 months. Good luck
