The conflict between NijiEN and dramafags is old and well known, it's a holo being botted antagonistically that's unusual, and only happened after dramafags started taking heat from the community. I think someone that already had bots to fuck with Niji turned and caused trouble for hololive to muddy the waters.
As for if Biboo really got almost 40k CCV on a 12 hour monhun stream, judging from her engagement stats barely changing from her previous post-Fes monhun streams, it seems pretty unlikely.
