Whats sucks the most for me is knowing Skye will probably go down with the ship instead of move of to better things because more than anyone here she needs this job and its way easier to do whats shes doing now than go back to just commissions or go indie. I'm genuinely happy for Kilia because even watching her casually from her ups and downs you know she's a great talent with a lot of skills that deserves to make her own path somewhere else because it seems like with how nonexistant managment is being Eien is a debuff that she could really do without. I wish Haven the best but also now more than ever I'm hoping Eien goes under so the girls can either start fresh without the bts garbage or the best case senario take their models and run like other corpos did. For Eri to let Killia go with how much shes done for the company at its lowest I cant imagine the girls that are left have much of a choice like Skye since its probably easier to wait it out than jump ship.
>>83199934Skye changed her contract before Riifu left so she could still freelance and hinted at doing work oustide of Eien months ago. With her working on Amroa's design, Piichi, and one of the scenes in Navi's debut I'm sure shes probably making enough money from Eien alone that she isnt looking for a way out to be more "creative" since for the longest shes has a hard time even finding motivation to do her donothon rewards, membership rewards, or even stream on time be it because of her having ADHD (which is what her therapist thinks she has and she is working to get diagnosed) or her lack of intrest in being Skye overall since even though she isnt big at all shes financially stable so she doenst need to try as hard as she used to. If Skye graduates and Eien is still a corpo then shes probably dying.
