Didn't she even call it her "ring fit journey"? Plus she was trying to diet, based on that one photo of her sad breakfast of like one egg and two small sausages.
You're right that there's no evidence to suggest she has actually succeeded and lost weight, but I'm pretty sure she was actually trying to do so at least for a short time and then gave up lol.
