Shiori is the only real "la creatividad" since she makes her games herself. She's also kind and has great social skills which is why she pairs well with anybody she talks to. She doesn't hide who she is but she doesn't push beyond the set boundaries, kinda like an EN Marine.
Nerissa has no personality and is a genuine negative addition to collabs due to her insistence on playing everything on the easiest mode and leaving as soon as 2 hours are up (or earlier)

Fuwawa and Mococo are boring. They don't really have stories and just brute-force through everything with their kayfabe.
Biboo overdoes it with all the "cringe" content and is one of the worst examples of "loud = funny" with GG being the worst.
GG is fine when she's calm but becomes one of the worst holos among all the branches whenever she starts to yell.
Ceci is the quintessential hololive hire. She has the most potential in EN to grow into an idol.
I don't watch ERB and often forget she exists.
