The problem is, fundamentally, that if you are two or more of the following:
-Female
-Higher numbers
-More well known
-In the same organization
She'll just stop talking to you and hope you go away because Pippa, brutally put, is a control freak that cannot abide by people of equal or higher status in her presence.
