>>32458337From a very brief search I only found that Japanese Cinnamon is only used for furniture and fragrance. If you look at one I guess you will see why. The manner it's grown probably makes its bark very hard to peel. And there's a reason why you don't really see them being cultivated commercially. There's a website that says they are also used as spices but it's not sourced.
