There are plenty of chuubas that play around with police or law enforcement. I can see Subatomo, Luknights, Deadbeats, Teamates, maybe Ruffians too as k9 units. I wonder if the police force would be privatized so you have a Shadowrun esque situation with multiple competing police forces of varying quality.
