Miko doesn't actually play eroge or VNs.
She's straight up admitted she only played through a few bishoujo games in her early days as a Holo since she never knew what to talk about on stream and figured it'd be a topic that her otaku viewerbase would enjoy.
Since then she hasn't really touched any games like that whatsoever. She does claim she's interested in them and "just doesn't have the time" though.
So honestly, don't get your hopes up. All they'd be able to do in a zatsu collab like that would be saying girls are cute.
If you want them to actually be able to chat about old bishoujo games in general there aren't all that many options in Hololive, pretty much just Marine and Flare.
