Maybe she tried to get Sen into hololive but, as expected, they wouldn't allow her to do so. Thus she accepted to stream as a new persona created by hololive, it was way too obvious that her fans would figure out who she was now and would follow her there. Also her seiso acting is just part of the character she got hired to play, maybe she's not so comfortable with it but I guess that the amount of support she gets from old and new fans just overweights any doubts in her mind.
At least for me it's just that simple. I'm sure Sen will come back as soon as gura graduates... (Not happening anytime soon tho)
