Every single sentence in her zatsu, pre-zatsu and announcements, and even in many solo plays, is ALWAYS repeated first in JP and then in EN. I don't know the share of viewers who are JP-only, but it's quite high. In fact, she may be the best at this kind of game, because she manages to do it consistently, intuitively, and without annoying either side. (She was doing it before too.)
