it's a YT sided thing, i'm not really sure what you can do aside from submitting a support ticket to YT, otherwise all you can really do is wait until it wears off
im not sure how long a shadow ban can last, a quick google search is 1week-2week, i think google will be your best friend as well to find out more about this
