Usually they'll try to blend in and pretend they're part of the crowd (falseflag), or just "make" their own crowd (astroturf) to create the impression that people approved them. These sites are a new kind of scam that requires you to sign in for account/membership, and sometimes even charge you. They're being paid to shill, so they will never stop even if you try to fight them directly. If you see any obvious psyop post about it, just simply report it. Let's clean this board together.
