>>48288372Lia aggressively culls her audience with high concept narrative driven streams and unpalatable content that allows her to retain an engagement rate that permits her to comfortably perform the audience work that drives her popularity. I'm starting to think that she knows her current format is unsustainable at higher numbers and pushes out potential new viewers by gatekeeping hard with fujo content.
First and foremost Lia cherishes her Chika Idol status most likely as an expression of her self doubt at being able to maintain stream momentum the same way some of her co-workers do. It creates the perfect menhera feeling of attachment for her regulars who are able to properly engage with her.
Another thing is 200-300 super solid viewers is preferable to big swings. Lia got a deluge of Membership donations recently that has heavily pushed her number past 500 and she's even recently promoted a 1k members goal but it the numbers fail to stabilize and dip back under 500 once the donations month is up it may set her back even further. Lia has been very forthcoming about her desire to remain "smaller" and it deeply stirs all my dumb stupid feelings that she operates from this complex position instead of just NOOOMBERing.
