Combat tested up to and including area 3 of 5 so far. It's become apparent to me that I focused a bit too much on area visuals as some sections aren't great to fight in due to overly tight spaces more so than actually challenging encounters.
Also combat testing is becoming more of a chore with each area as to properly test the map I need to try and complete it start to finish each time otherwise it isn't a natural test but that means I'm seeing the same areas over and over after having seen them way too much just building them.
I think the last area won't be too bad for combat testing as I intentionally simplified the map design at that point. Area 4 might suck though because I based it on a real cathedral and that makes for a cool visual but we'll see if it makes for a good doom fight.
