One terrible branch shutting down would not be a huge loss. The EN scene still found life before NijiEN came into the picture, and it'll be fine even if the branch publicly dissolves like ID and KR before it.
Don't get me wrong, there's a few innocents in NijiEN like Fulgur, Ren, maybe Rosemi with how she's no longer in clique art, Maria, Scarle, ect. But it wouldn't be that big a loss if EN ultimately shuts down tomorrow due to a mix of inept management, and the branch being unable to avoid drama for literally more than a week.
