rrat == headcanon; almost all rrats are entirely schitzo delusions; some of them are autistic fantasy spun out of nuggets of truth, almost all of them are completely and 100% false.
interpersonal drama == again there are schitzos here who seem convinced you can read into every stream some deep story and spin up their fanfics about it, creating rrats out of nothing. good example being the recent thread claiming pekora hates aqua because she never calls her aqua but "the maid", or the recent rrat that ame doesn't like gura.
the chinese have been harassing coco because of the Taiwan thing, so there is that.
the idea that any successful vtuber is a "normie" is pretty funny since most of the successful ones seem pretty wired into the nonsense on reddit and 4chan (for the english ones) or 2ch for the japanese ones. Thats not to say some vtubers aren't normies, just this community can smell their own, so it's a safe bet a number of them definitely wander in from time to time
