There are some problems with scaling ina because of the ambiguity of the power that the ancient ones will grant to her and the only thing we know about their power in the hololive universe is that they are stronger than Sana, who is also a herald of the ancient ones btw.
But saying that Ina just has equal power to the ancient ones doesn't make sense in the first place and she hasn't really had any feat that would justify putting her in the same tier as Sana.
