Sovereign seems like a nice and sincere guy and all, but it feels like he's been involved rather minimally as a manager as of late. The fact that he hasn't even been able to set up a PO box for her is grim. It's possible he's juggling a lot of other responsibilities with XSET, but it might be time for her to consider hiring a 100% dedicated manager.
