Their own pricing model gives it away. If the method was so foolproof, why would they pick the MTX 'buy coins for an attempt' method? Most people aren't going to record THAT many hours of video.
No, this business model only works if you expect your users to keep trying to re-record and submit the same video dozens of times trying to fix their 'bad input' because the output is sooo close to what they want, there's just this little error...it just happened to glitch for this part...
