The actual design looks about the same quality as a normal model, as in that could just be a vtuber illustration. If anything, it's a bit plain for the modern vtubing landscape. I think Kiara has an outfit almost identical to that, but themed as well.
Meanwhile, the animations for that don't have the constraints of having to track an actual human person. Most gacha games have, like, 2-3 animations that always do the same thing. Thus, you can exaggerate movements without having to worry about anything breaking, and move the camera to accentuate those movements.
Humans, unfortunately, aren't consistent. If you try to do that extreme of a movement, and it would be very likely to just break Vtube Studio, what is being used for the model, as well as the model, because the human in the chair fell out of the chair, or just moved too fast. Also, Vtube Studio, as well as Live2D, can't handle that camera change. That is a completely different illustration.
Plus, at what point would you need to do that? No one is going to see under the chest in almost all cases, and a sword thrust is not a needed toggle for most situations.
