If you're talking about how some scene have the eyes and mouths all warped and stuff, then I'm pretty sure it's just the scene maker using the extra facial bones in advanced KKPE to fine tune expressions -- that stuff tends to be chara-specific and breaks when you try to do other expressions/swap characters.

The issue with hatoko's roboco card leak is that the student data was wiped -- this means that the character's name is blank and thus will not appear in the game (I notice it does appear in CharaStudio though, just as a blank button). If you have the latest mods, though, you'll be able to drag-and-drop the card directly into the CharaEditor, where you can give the card a name and re-save it -- after doing so it will work properly.

Lamy's best (general) card that I currently have is Tam Tam's v1 Lamy (Both hourai's and Tam Tam's v2 do not have KKEYEs and are annoying to get facial expressions on). Como's done a sleepwear edit, though I don't like the way the card looks -- maybe you could try porting the outfit over?
