Her being the most brash, least idol like of her co-workers and being a fluent English speaker paved the way for the EN branch. She provided entertainment, something the HoloEN girls did at first but that fell off a cliff a year after the branch debuted. Now it's all just pandering and doing just enough to sell merch and maintain memberships.
