The other day I went to Saizeria for escargot.
When I was a little girl, I saw a lot of them at school and in the park.
I was a little nervous to think that I was going to eat that snail, but the taste and texture were much more delicious than I had imagined.
I was surprised that it was easy to eat without any peculiarities.
I was addicted to eating it with petit focca and potatoes.
There are six small, round holes in the plate.
I thought it was a little cute that there was an escargot in each of them, just like an apartment complex.
I thought it was very nice to learn new tastes.
I will do my best for another week.
