But they are absolutely shit at enforcing that, and thanks to bullshit collectivism, no one blows the whistle, even if you do manage to muscle the courage to say no. Worse, in order to not break the OTHER law about the maximum amount of overtime, you are pressured into not recording that you actually were working overtime.
