- install VST 2.x Plugin Filter for OBS
- select your audio source (mic input) > filters > new filter > VST 2.x Plugin > reafir_standalone
- mode Subtract and check "Automatically build noise profile" for a few seconds to set your ambient noise
big picture, software filters are bandaids for a hardware setup issue, ie no amount of filtering is gonna save a $15 mic sitting next to your keyboard or AC unit. if you set up a 3dio in a quiet environment and do your talking/triggers next to the sensor, you should be fine. this can mess with face tracking which is why some vtubers just put a png
