Strangely, I could barely recognize the graphics at first. I imagined it to look much better, it's possible my imagination filled in a lot of the blanks. I couldn't even read, let alone understand english back then - and it was a RPG. Probably one of the first 3 games I've ever played.
This was released in 1993 and it was a typical PC gaming experience so far. Doom was released later the same year. Just imagine what a technological leap it was.
