So, if you need a refreshment, Mouse wanted to have all the things related to the 2nd Concert for her birthday, due to everyone's schedule and the problems of that concert, meaning that CircleDraws wouldn't be able to do the Delinquent model. So Mouse contacted both Nano and Froggy to design and create a model fast for her birthday, which ended up being this.
The problem was that when Kevin got his hands to it, he unironically just “copied pasted” the rigging he had for the Racing model, which obviously had a different body because Nano did this from scratch, which the big change it's that the other model has bigger boobs, which ended up screwing the middle section. Kevin in his brightest moment, decided that instead of adapting that rigging into the new art, he just made the boobs bigger in this new model, and didn't bother to fully rig the pearls in her model, and never bother to check out, since Mouse gave him a "yes" (bear in mind while this can be a defense to him, Mouse was stressed out with concert stuff already). The model dropped, and Nano saw all the issues Kevin left in the model and wasn't very happy about them. To which Kevin had to rerig the pearls to actually work but Mouse never used.
Months passed, and Kevin made a post about some chubby character and, anime twitter ended up shitting on him, he rode the drama and they eventually started insulting his other work. Mainly mentioning the pearls issue, and another issue, he would reused assets and leaking stuff from other models of other vtubers in his Patreon learning model.
Nano dropped that she wasn't very happy about the end result, and she basically revealed that she wouldn't work with someone if the rigger was him (which became true, Decora was rigged by Suika, and so it will be the future models, btw Suika did also shit on him and was the one to inform about the Patreon leaks). Yocci basically told him to fuck off. And as for Kevin, he tried really hard to get on everyone's good side, but he kept looking pathetic on his twitter (which he ended up deleting everything). And after all of that, Delinquent got finally released without an actual debut, and just a shadow drop in the Subathon, marking possibly the end between Mouse and Kevin as we know it now.
So in short, Kevin was a hack with a rushed model, Nano and Yocci didn't liked that. Mouse's stance resided with artists.
