an Isekai MC having a branded loli child slave who is devoted to them is like a genre hallmark trope. Raphtalia is kinda like this in Shield Hero for example and she's a mild example of the trope. Not to mention the various 'hero who acts as stepfather raising child into adulthood and then they marry' genre like picrel recently
