VShojo drama seems so minor compared to other companies drama. Other companies have loads of active talents constantly complaining about management and how it's limiting them, perms autism hell, they have to pay money for their own projects which management gets to profit from and can cancel at will, they have to go through layers of management and red tape to get anything done, everyone microanalyzes every tweet, message, and roommate activity to get hints at what's really happening behind the scenes because there's zero transparency and everything is masked by corporate PR. They can't just leave with their own model if they feel like their company is no longer a good fit because their brand and IP is owned by the company so they have to start over while restrained by an NDA that stops them from talking about their time in the corpo, the friends they made along the way (they're banned from collabing with them now), and the moments they shared with their fans. Nyan has collabed with Mouse multiple times after leaving and even hugged gunrun and has gotten one or two raids from Henya and Zen, and Vei has even mentioned Mouse and other VShojo members from time to time. They don't have to use a super secret roommate account to interact with them, and can actually mention things they did with them even though they're no longer part of VShojo.
