I honestly don't know why people are fighting me over this when you agree that EN management is shit and actively stymies the talents if they try anything. The branch is set up to reward complacence and laziness. The management aren't going to help anyone who has ambition, they're going to fuck them over.

You don't need to be a genius to see that EN3 isn't going to attract Koyori types. Because EN doesn't have a Marine who pushes hard to get projects done. EN doesn't have a Pekora who is a master numberfagger and crafts content to get huge viewership. All it has is lazy whores who are in semi retirement so of course it's going to attract people who like that idea.

At best they'll have a Koyori like go getter who gets ground down by the incompetence of management like Fauna and Irys did.
