You can check out their Twitter which has a lot of pics from people who received theirs already. I'm not big on the figure's actual design (especially the face) but it's still pretty spot-on to the prototype images on NH's website which is a good sign.
Now Yocci's is the next figure in the pipeline (then Buffpup) and Yocci also had a blanket "August" release date. But from what I can gather from Twitter Yocci's figure is just awaiting shipping at this point and they had a lot of figures to ship out from the previous figure (590%) which would be well over 2000 units if it had the same funding goal as Buff and Yocci.)
I don't know if they're keeping buyers like you updated via email but they could be doing a better job with keeping their timelines updated, but at the very least they seem like a competent and transparent company with the production process. I'm hoping people get their Yocci statues soon because I'm considering Hannah's but I want to at least see some in-hand images of the vtuber ones.
