Even just from the thumbnail before I clicked it, I could see how nice the composition was - good angle, and nice assortment of colors with the light blues blending into the darker blues, and the painterly (I assume) coral. Nice floaty effects on the hair too.
You're pretty far along in the drawing, I was wondering if you had noticed she's missing her tail (or what little we'd see of it anyway, from this view).
Her body looks a bit red, is that shadows or were you going for a tanned look? I wasn't quite sure (or it could be my crappy monitor not showing things right).
