anon it says that all the initial companies/holders who were involved with the Initial Public Offering when Anycolor stock first went public, were all required to hold that stock for a set period.
now that the period is over, tazumi, sony, etc are allowed to trade their full stock as they please.
some want to cash in on their investment, others like sony probably want to show good earnings for their end of year reports.
a huge sale of stock will inevitably trigger a larger selloff. the real question is whether it will recover.
