- JP speaking streams must never exceed 1/5 your normal stream ratio
- you MUST speak English half the time in EN/JP collabs on your channel even if your JP guest has poor English
- if you are a guest on a JP talent's channel, unless the JP talents outnumber you 4 to 1 you must have an English translator and speak English a quarter of the time
- you are not allowed to move or begin preparations to move to Japan before one year of being at Hololive
- once you move to Japan you can not ask for special favors and considerations over your EN genmates unless it involves your particular content set up (ex. getting a type of asmr mic)
- supporting EN members and major EN branch projects must take priority over JP and ID members and projects
- if you block your calendar for an EN member you can not join a JP event or collab unless it was scheduled a couple weeks in advance
- your JP collabs and event joining can not exceed your EN collab and event joining
- if you are found to have applied to the JP branch in the same year before your EN application was submitted, your EN application will be automatically rejected
Hopefully this will make it harder for the "EN to JP pipeline" some people try to do.
