RX 21 (latest version) is currently 36.44 GB. My mods folder minus add-on mods (which a 21 GB HF patch -- this is an old patch, newer ones should be larger) and such is around 30-32GB.
As such, removing all extra community card repacks and non-sideloader mods should theoretically get you 60-65ish GB for the "full game", ready for mods, which is a tad more reasonable. Can you squeeze at least that much in your drive?
I do highly recommend buying a scrappy hard drive or ssd to put it on though. KK will work on externals too, from my testing (though i'm a patient anon).
