Most online ones don't let you adjust the proportions. You can use Blender or Koikatsu, but ehhhh I'm lazy. With lineart controlnet you can use any image editor more complex then paint. And you probably could use paint if you were crafty enough. At least for my dumb brain editing gens this way is pretty simple.
